HOLISTIC THERAPY

REFLEXOLOGY

Origins & Tradition

Reflexology is based on the understanding that the feet act as a map of the body. Each point corresponds to muscles, organs, or systems. By applying gentle, rhythmic pressure, the body’s natural healing responses can be encouraged. Across many cultures, the feet have been seen as gateways to grounding, balance, and wellbeing – a place where the whole body can be reached through simple touch.

My Journey

I was drawn to Reflexology because of its subtle power. It looks simple, almost understated, yet the effects can be profound. I’ve seen people walk into a session feeling anxious, scattered, or exhausted, and leave with a sense of clarity they didn’t expect. Reflexology allows me to work gently while supporting deep shifts in wellbeing – making it ideal for those who struggle to relax or feel overwhelmed.

The Experience

You lie comfortably on the massage table while I apply gentle, precise pressure to the feet in a rhythmic way. The sensation is soothing but also surprisingly informative – your feet often reveal where the body is holding tension. Many clients describe the experience as grounding, calming, and emotionally clarifying.
